Holiday Party December 12
 

We can't wait to see everyone at the MVA Holiday Party, from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday, December 12 in the Secor Center at Secor Metropark, 10001 Central Avenue. Ham will be provided. Please bring a dish to share - and your singing voice!

After a year off, we are looking forward to getting members together in person to celebrate the season.
 
Let's Take a Walk
 

Oak Openings Preserve, Farnsworth and Swan Creek Preserve Metroparks are on the agenda for the next three Thursday morning walks (with a break during Christmas week). See the club calendar for details, and remember to check the calendar before heading to an MVA activity for any last minute changes.

Find Momo: Coast to Coast
 

Another hide-and-seek photography book by Andrew Knapp

Travel across the United States and Canada, visiting iconic landmarks and unique off-the-map marvels. Look for Momo hiding in Grand Central Station, in front of the White House, and in the French Quarter of New Orleans, as well as at diners, bookstores, museums, and other locales that only a seasoned road-tripper like Andrew Knapp could find. It's part game, part photography book, and a whole lot of fun.

Coming Up

Travel Circles to Return
Travel Circles are scheduled to return in person each Saturday in January, February and March, with locations alternating between the Ward Pavilion at Wildwood Preserve and Oak Openings Lodge.

We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and make adjustments as needed. Most likely, masks will be required for all attendees. If necessary, we are prepared to change to virtual presentations like last year.

Annual Meeting
Please plan to join us Sunday, February 20 for our annual meeting. We have reserved Brookwood, the Metroparks special use area in S. Toledo where we held our 2019 annual meeting. We will be prepared to change to a virtual meeting, like last year, if necessary.
 
Seasons Collide
 

Secor Metropark, site of our holiday party, was a colorful mix of fall and winter a few weeks ago when the first snow arrived before fall was finished.
